Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made on RentAppeals.co.uk.

1. Strict refund position

RentAppeals provides digital services and digital outputs (generated documents, letters and application packs) that begin processing immediately after purchase.

Strict policy: We do not offer refunds once your Outputs have been generated for your Case, except where required by law.

2. Why refunds are not available once generated

Once processing begins, we incur immediate costs and deliver digital value. This includes platform processing, document generation, OCR processing (where used), AI processing (where used), and preparation for submission where applicable.

3. What counts as “generated”

A service is treated as generated when any of the following occurs:

  • Your Tribunal application pack is created for download or email
  • Your landlord letter is created for download or email
  • The system has generated final documents ready for submission or sending

4. Exceptions (legal minimum)

You may still be entitled to a remedy where required by consumer law.

For example if:

  • You were charged but we did not deliver the Service due to a fault on our side and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time
  • There has been a billing error

Where a remedy is due, we may offer re-performance first (fix or re-run the service) and then refund where required.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a payment is unauthorised, contact help@rentappeals.co.ukimmediately.

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend your Account while the dispute is investigated.

  • Your account email
  • Your order reference
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Screenshots if relevant
